Refund & Cancellation Policy
At VYUGAM SOLUTIONS, we are committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for our software development services.

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects under the following conditions:
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund of advance payment minus 10% processing fee (within 7-10 business days)
- During Initial Phase (0-25% completion): 60% refund of total project cost (within 10-15 business days)
- Mid-Project (25-50% completion): 40% refund of total project cost (within 15-20 business days)
- Advanced Stage (50-75% completion): 20% refund of total project cost (within 20-25 business days)
- Near Completion (75%+ completion): No refund available
1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
If VYUGAM SOLUTIONS cancels a project, clients will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested in the following situations:
- Project cancellation as per the cancellation policy above
- Non-delivery of agreed services within specified timeframe (unless due to client-side delays)
- Failure to meet agreed specifications despite reasonable revision attempts

- Completed and delivered work that meets agreed specifications
- Custom development work already deployed to production

- Maximum Processing Time: 30 business days from approval
- Standard Processing Time: 10-15 business days
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking procedures. Bank processing times are beyond our control.

- Upon approval, refund will be processed to the original payment method
